Responsibility of Life

The responsibility of life is very important due to the fact that it is life. If you were to have to choose between your life and someone else's then you should not think about just yourself.

In Titanic, when the boat crashed everyone was trying to save themselves and pushing people out of the way so that they can save their own life. This to me is selfish, and they should have tried to share the resources they had and helped as many people as possible survive from the brumal water.

In The Call of the Wild, Bucks loyalty to his owner John, is so strong that Buck risks his own life to save John's a couple times. When Buck was with John Thorton he went from a ferine animal to a more calm dog. One example is when John is drowning and Buck jumps into the rapid waters and lets John grasp on to him and they are both pulled back to the boat and survive. Also, John wanted to test  Buck, so he told him to jump off a cliff, and Buck was going to do it before John stopped him.

The responsibility of life isn't just to protect yourself. If you were given the chance to give your life for someone else, would you be willing to?
