Purpose: the author's purpose is to inform people on the situation, and explain the victims side of the story.
For the most part the author does accomplish his/her purpose.
Agreed with ideas: I agree that the law should not allow a child to spend time with their mothers rapist.
Disagree: i do not agree that the rapist is a father to the child just because it was his DNA that produced the child.
I don't understand why this is one the news, because it seems kinda personal and I don't know how that family would be okay with the country knowing their business.
